Employees of N3B, Los Alamos County, Lowe’s, and Smith’s Marketplace can use VSP benefits! I am proud to be a VSP Premier provider: that means you get even more for your money than at non-Premier practices.
LANL employees: This is your LAST CHANCE to use your VSP benefits! You have $200 towards any contact lens or frame of your choice. Several lens options are fully covered, such as standard progressives (distance to near), transitions (light to dark), polycarbonate, and all solid tints. In 2020, LANL employees will no longer have VSP, but will have vision insurance through Davis Vision. YES, we are Davis Vision providers. We have been with Davis Vision for the past 21 years! Our approach will remain the same: we maximize your insurance for the lowest out of pocket costs possible.
Just like VSP, your annual, comprehensive eye health and wellness exams with Davis Vision are covered, with a $10 copay. Most Davis Vision plans have a $130 contact lens allowance or a $130 frame allowance every 24 months. All lens options will require an additional charge.
Don’t forget that you can use your Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts on eyeglasses and contact lenses. Use it or lose it!
