Our $375 safety package deal includes frame, lens (single vision, bifocal, & progressives), polycarbonate, and side shields. Transitions lenses (light to dark) = $85. You can expect a high quality and durable product, but we do not offer a scratch or breakage warranty on our safety glasses.
Our $225 computer package deal includes frame and lens (single vision, bifocal, and progressives). Blue light protection is included with single vision, and is an additional $85 for bifocal and progressives.
To process an order for computer or safety glasses through LANL, we request form 1882A with your signature, group leader’s signature, DPR’s name & phone number. You can bring in this form or email Lshinrecall@gmail.com, or fax 505-662-7107. We will email the DPR the invoice & receipt and provide them with any information they need.
